How to Get Inspired to Write?

This is an article that will nudge you to bring out the Mark Twain or the glamorous Anna Wintour within you! (she is one of my favorite role models), A few directions into a proper writing!

People are always aspired to do what they like in life, and I am the same as well! And so should you!

For me, I write in order to break that mini cage within, the cage in which all the colorful bombs are locked in, and my works are the outcome of many different angles of life, which had affected me in someway and gathered together in order for me to compose a literary piece of art, and this literary action has always been a way to help me express the hidden side of me, the side that I always wanted to expose but was too shy to do so!

First and foremost, love what you do! It is as simple as that. That motive will bring out the best in you!

1. As a writer, I need to read first!

Regardless of the topic I’m going to be writing about, I always thought that it's not that important to read about the things I want to write about, or even in general! but no matter how hard I tried to skip it, I figured that I will always need to go through it eventually!

As an aspiring writer, you have to be digging for information and knowledge constantly and explore more daily! Dedication is your only way through!

So, as a writer, I read thoroughly about the topic I love to write or talk about, and there are always new information and updates in our world that are in constant change. It's a big deep world! So (magazines, books, audiobooks, online classes, lectures …etc) are fixed ways to keep us informed. They will give us a hand and teach us basics and lessons for more marketable writing! They will inspire us to come up with cutting-edge ideas for more creativeness!

therefore, in order for our success to grow; we need to keep watering! We need to read!

It is also fun to keep reading what the influencers of social media are writing or discussing, because they know more and are experienced more!

2. Take Inspiration from What You Observe Around!

There are unlimited things that inspire me, big and small! sometimes they are things that don't have definite meaning to most people! but the main thing that inspires me for sure is People! Communication is the key to our success! talking to people helps me get inspired! I observe their actions and talking! Things they say, lessons they have learned and spontaneous reactions to things in different situations! All spark my mind with thoughts that I turn into a solid and compatible idea, so what I do is grab my phone and start writing notes of such ideas that are coming respectively the same minute they come to my mind, so I don’t forget them five minutes later. And so, when it is time for work, I get my laptop, rearrange my ideas and form a neat writing.

You have to become aware and sensible to the messages that life sends you, it helps with getting you inspired.

3. As a writer, Music is your best friend!

Dive in new music, or listen to the good music on your favorite playlist, it will keep pulling you ahead and helps stimulating your brain to do the work!

So, by the time you start working and you start to listen to your favorite music, you will inevitably enjoy your writing, it will puts you in a different world and will change your reality! In fact music helps us relax, forget time and create creative fantasy!

I always feel like good music of my favorite genre, and a convenient environment will help me brainstorm and come up with new ideas with potentials and creativeness.

4. CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN!

On the flip side, my work space is my internal generator! I can’t start working if my work space is not tidy enough, so what my eye captures, will either stimulate my surge into writing, or lessens my ambition.

Clean your room, have good lightnings and soothing scents! or just be lazy and go to your favorite local coffee house (why not support good local business)!

It's what I do when I’m too lazy to even do my room, I simply just grab my laptop with my notebook for side notes (with bunch of other useless stuff in my bag, that I don’t know why I’m having them with me there) and just go there, order my Cappuccino and simply enjoy my writing!

Find a happy place for happy outcomes!

5. A Hefty Amount of Writing, Comes from Hefty New Decisions!

It is a fact that staying the same won’t help you come up with new ideas for your writing, it will block your creative flow, that is why writers and content makers always try to travel and visit new places. However, you are not obligated to have a big budget and go overseas to become a good writer (aren't we all broke!). take the simple way! Visit the recently opened store, visit a new city in your country that you have never been to before, or even go to your usual favorite spot but look at it in a different way, always create new vibes in your life!

6. 5-10 Minutes of Meditation!

For me, I love it when I sit quite the first thing in the morning, relax in my room, open the windows for fresh air, embrace the golden sun rays with my soul, untie my hair and let it breathe.

You have to make time for energizing your brain, by simply sitting in silence and relaxing in the most quite area of your house! Your mind then will flow with a momentum of brilliant thoughts! extra yoga stretches won’t harm too!
